Founded in 1993, International Food Group, Inc. was formed to meet the 
       distribution needs of quick services restaurants in the Caribbean, Central
       and South America. Since inception, IFG has become one of the fastest
       growing distribution companies in the foodservice industry. Strategically
       located near Tampa, Florida, IFG operates a 95,000 square foot 
       warehouse that incorporates refrigerated, frozen and dry facilities.  We
       offer a full line of products such as meat, poultry, produce, food ingredients,
       packaging, smallwares and equipment on a direct or consolidated basis.

       In March 2000, International Food Group formed a joint venture with Quality
       Distributing Company  (Harman Management Corporation).  Located in 
       Union City, California, Quality Distributing operates a 55,000 square foot
       warehouse with the same capabilities as our Florida facility.

       Unlike many foodservice distributors, IFG has no U.S. based customers.
       Therefore our entire focus is on servicing the international marketplace.
        IFG currently ships over 3,000 containers per year to the Caribbean, 
        Central and South America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
